At this time we are only accepting Internet orders shipped to the United States or APO boxes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. If you want to place an order shipped outside of the US, please call 1-(800)-325-5908 and a customer service representative can assist you with your order.
We have had many requests from our customers to be able to check the status of any order on-line. At this time, we do not have that capability. However, if you e-mail customer service with your order number and what you would like to know, we will respond promptly to your inquiry.

Returns Policy
Passport stands behind the high quality of our products. No merchandise is shipped without meeting our exact standards. However, if you should find a flaw or an error that we have missed, we will gladly replace the item or issue you a credit. For a replacement order or credit to be processed, we must be notified within 15 days of receipt of your order. Simply fill out the back of the packing slip received with your order and return it to Passport. If you no longer have the packing slip, please be sure to include the following information with your return: Name, billing address, and order # if available.
Items that are returned for size exchange please include the appropriate shipping and handling fee or credit card information for reshipment of your package. If you are unsure of the size, one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for size exchange.
